ELAYNE FLUKER is a media entrepreneur, consultant and coach with 20 years of multimedia experience in digital, print, video, radio, television and podcasting. She is the Founder of Chic Rebellion Media — a multimedia agency that creates content to engage & empower multicultural women and Host of “Support is Sexy” — a podcast featuring compelling interviews with successful women entrepreneurs, leaders & creatives.

She has appeared as a featured guest on national shows, such as The Today Show, Nightline, Inside Edition, Sirius XM Radio & 106 & Park discussing women, diversity, pop culture & has appeared in outlets such as Huffington Post, People, Associated Press and the NY Post.

She is also a frequent public speaker discussing journalism, digital media, entrepreneurship, women of color and girls’ empowerment at United Nations, Columbia U, New York U, Spelman, Howard University, the Essence Music Fest & more.

Her expertise is creating engaging, revenue-generating content for niche markets, brands and personalities, and writing/editing entertainment, culture, lifestyle and women-focused content. She has created customized content for brands such as L’Oreal, BMW, Google, Wells Fargo and Dell, and she has executive produced 300+ web videos and created a dozen original web series.

Outside of her career and business ventures, Elayne is passionate about her longtime service as a mentor and advisor to young people. It is why she commits her time to such important organizations as the Urban Assembly Gateway School of Technology in New York, where she is Chair of the Board.
